ABOUT ME
I've spent my life studying the way we carry our experiences—not only in our thoughts but also in our bodies, habits, and behaviors. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked for decades as a holistic nutritionist, teaching yoga and mindfulness and coaching folks towards their health goals. Throughout those years, I witnessed firsthand how emotions manifest physically as tight shoulders, restless nights, and a stomach that churns for no clear reason. The mind and body are always in conversation, even when we’re not listening.
In therapy, I help clients tune into that conversation. I work with people who feel burdened by emotions they don't fully understand, stuck in old patterns, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we explore not only your thoughts but also how they may show up in your body. We identify practical and useful strategies to help you feel more at home within yourself, whether through mindful awareness, breath, or simply learning to notice and name what’s happening inside.
This work may be deep, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach to therapy—no jargon, no forced positivity. Real conversations about where you are, where you want to be, and what’s getting in the way.
